Overview

A market is hard to understand from a slide deck. When Kairos Global Inc. came to look at Nigeria, the team needed to sit across the table from the people who shape the country's business and innovation landscape.

In November 2025 TBA Foundation hosted the delegation in Abuja. The team was briefed at the NASENI Innovation Hub, welcomed at theCANS Park, and spent an afternoon and evening in roundtables with Nigerian founders, business leaders and stakeholders.

Our role was to make the visit productive: the right hosts, the right rooms and the introductions in between, so that each conversation started with context and could continue after the delegation left.
